Terms of Membership, Coaching Policies, and Community Guidelines
Business entity: Soulful Minds LLC, doing business as The Novo Collective
Coach: Malia Chambliss, M.A., ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
Program: House of Her™, all membership levels: The House, The Inner Circle, and The Private Edit
Governing law: State of Georgia, United States
Last updated: October 15, 2026
The Short Version
This summary makes the most important terms easy to find. The full Agreement below controls if anything here seems different.
- One community, three levels. House of Her has three levels: The House, The Inner Circle, and The Private Edit. Every level includes The House.
- The House is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. It starts with a 5-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when the trial ends and every month after that.
- The Inner Circle is a fixed 90-day commitment. You pay in 3 monthly payments or in full. It does not renew automatically, and you are never charged after your 90 days end.
- The Private Edit is a monthly subscription by application and acceptance only. It has no free trial and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Founding rates. A founding rate stays locked while your House or Private Edit membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay the current rate.
- Cancel The House or The Private Edit anytime from your account. Canceling stops future charges, and your access continues through the end of your paid month.
- Refunds. Payments are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or to correct a billing error.
- Private sessions are 60 minutes, do not roll over, and may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
- We record the teaching and protect the sharing. Webinars, masterclasses, and framework lessons may be recorded. Group discussions, journaling sessions, and private sessions are not routinely recorded.
- Coaching, not therapy. House of Her is coaching and education, not mental health treatment. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
- What's shared here stays here. No screenshots, recordings, or retelling other members' stories outside House of Her. All House of Her content belongs to Soulful Minds LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed for any reason.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
This House of Her Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between Soulful Minds LLC, doing business as The Novo Collective ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), and the person purchasing or using a House of Her membership ("Member," "you," "your").
You accept this Agreement when you check the agreement box at checkout, start a free trial, complete a purchase, or use any part of the membership. No signature is required. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the membership.
You are welcome to ask questions before you join by contacting [email protected].
2. Membership Levels and What's Included
House of Her is one community with three levels of support. Every level includes The House. The Inner Circle and The Private Edit each add a different kind of coaching on top of The House. The Private Edit does not include Inner Circle cohort sessions.

Current prices are shown at checkout. Session dates, times, and booking instructions are posted inside the community. We may improve, update, or replace specific resources, platforms, or session formats over time, as long as the core benefits of your level stay substantially the same.
Your first seven days inside House of Her are called Your First Edit. This is guided onboarding included with your membership. It is not a separate purchase.
3. Free Trial (The House Only)
New House members may start with a 5-day free trial. Free trials are limited to one per person. The Inner Circle and The Private Edit do not include a free trial.
During the trial, you have access to The House.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically for The House when your trial ends, 5 days after you join, and every month after that on the same date until you cancel. The amount is the price shown at checkout.
To avoid being charged, cancel from your account before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and your trial access will end.
4. Billing
The House and The Private Edit
These memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. By joining, you authorize the Company and its payment processor to charge your payment method for each monthly renewal at the price in effect for your membership.
The Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is billed one of two ways, which you choose at checkout:
- 3 monthly payments. You are charged the first payment at checkout and the remaining two payments on the same date in each of the next two months. Your plan ends after the third payment.
- Paid in full. You are charged one payment at checkout.
The Inner Circle does not renew automatically. No charges are made after your final payment.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your access may be paused automatically until payment succeeds. Access is restored when your payment goes through. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Founding Rates
Founding rates are available for a limited number of members at each level:
- The House: the first 20 members
- The Inner Circle: the first 10 members, across both payment options combined
- The Private Edit: the first 5 accepted clients
For The House and The Private Edit, your founding rate stays locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active at that level. If you cancel, or your membership ends because of unpaid charges, and you rejoin later, you will pay the current rate at the time you rejoin.
If you move to a different level while founding spots remain open at that level, you receive the founding rate for that level. Otherwise, the current rate for that level applies.
Price Changes
We may change regular prices in the future. We will give active House and Private Edit members at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to their renewal. Founding rates are protected as described above. A price change never affects an Inner Circle cohort you have already joined.
5. The Inner Circle: Commitment and Graduation
The Inner Circle is a 90-day cohort experience. Enrollment usually opens through a live webinar.
Fixed commitment. When you enroll in The Inner Circle, you commit to the full 90-day program price. If you choose 3 monthly payments, you agree to pay all three, even if you stop participating before the 90 days end.
When your 90 days end:
- Your cohort group coaching, private Inner Circle sessions, and access to the Inner Circle cohort room end.
- You keep access to the Inner Circle Library, the educational materials provided during your cohort.
- We will let you know before your cohort ends what happens with your access to The House and any options to continue.
- You will never be charged automatically after graduation. Any next step requires your separate choice and purchase.
6. Cancellation
The House and The Private Edit. You may cancel at any time from your account. You do not need to contact us or give a reason. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues through the end of your current paid month, then ends. Canceling does not create a refund or credit for the current month.
The Inner Circle. Because The Inner Circle is a fixed 90-day commitment, leaving the program early does not cancel your remaining payments.
If you have trouble canceling, contact [email protected] and we will cancel your membership for you.
7. Refunds
Payments are generally nonrefundable once processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is needed to correct a billing error. This includes unused time, unused or missed sessions, partial months, lack of participation, and a change of mind. The House free trial exists so you can experience the community before you pay.
If you have a billing concern, please contact [email protected] before contacting your bank. We will review it in good faith and correct any billing error. Filing a chargeback for charges you authorized, without first contacting us, may result in removal from the community.
8. Private Coaching Sessions
Private sessions are 60 minutes and are held virtually.
- The Inner Circle includes one private session per month during your 90-day cohort.
- The Private Edit includes two private sessions per month while your membership is active. Private Edit clients receive priority scheduling.
Sessions are booked through the scheduling link provided to you. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month, and they cannot be transferred, credited, or refunded.
You may reschedule a session once, with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. A session that is missed, canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or rescheduled a second time is forfeited. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time. If the Coach must cancel or reschedule, your session will be rescheduled and will not count against you.
9. Group Sessions and Recording
Live sessions are held on the dates posted in the community. Missed live sessions are not refunded or credited.
Our principle: record the teaching, protect the sharing.
- May be recorded: educational webinars, teaching-based masterclasses, and framework lessons. These recordings may be added to member resource libraries, including the Inner Circle Library.
- Not routinely recorded: group discussions, guided journaling sessions, cohort coaching conversations, personal coaching conversations, and private sessions.
- Hot seat coaching: recorded only case by case, and only with the consent of the member in the hot seat.
- Private sessions: recorded only if you agree when the Coach asks at the start of the session.
Recordings are for members only. You may keep your camera off and change your display name if you prefer. Hot seat coaching happens in front of other members, so share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group.
10. Voxer Support (The Private Edit)
Private Edit clients may message the Coach on Voxer Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Messages sent outside those hours, on holidays, or during posted breaks are answered during the next available window.
Voxer is for coaching support between sessions. It is not for emergencies, crisis support, or real-time monitoring. See Section 13.
11. The Private Edit: Application and Acceptance
The Private Edit is available by application only. Enrollment includes a one-on-one strategy call before acceptance. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and the Coach may decline an application for any lawful reason, including fit or available capacity.
The Coach works with a limited number of private clients at one time. If you are accepted, you will receive a private enrollment link. Your membership begins when your first payment is processed.
12. Coaching, Not Therapy
Please read this section carefully.
Malia Chambliss holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has prior clinical experience. In House of Her, she works only as a coach. She is not acting as your therapist, counselor, or mental health provider.
House of Her:
- Is coaching and education, not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment
- Does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or other clinical relationship
- Does not diagnose, assess, or treat any mental health condition
- Does not include trauma processing, EMDR, somatic therapy, or other clinical methods
- Does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice
- Focuses on present and future goals, identity, decisions, boundaries, and personal development
House of Her is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are working with a therapist or doctor, coaching may complement that care but does not replace it. You are encouraged to seek a licensed professional whenever you need one.
Who House of Her Is Not Right For
House of Her is not appropriate if you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or any condition that requires clinical treatment. If this changes during your membership, please seek professional care. The Company may pause or end coaching and refer you to appropriate resources if coaching is no longer appropriate for you.
You must be at least 18 years old to join.
13. Crisis and Safety
House of Her does not provide crisis or emergency services. The community, Voxer, email, and private sessions are not monitored around the clock.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else:
- Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, U.S.)
- Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
- Contact a licensed mental health professional
14. Confidentiality
What the Coach Keeps Confidential
The Coach will keep confidential what you share in private sessions and private messages, including Voxer and email. The Coach will not share your personal information or identifying details with others, except:
- When disclosure is required by law, such as a court order or subpoena
- When there is a reasonable belief that you or someone else is at risk of serious harm
- When there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult
- For professional consultation or supervision, with all identifying information removed
- With your written permission
Because Malia is not acting as your therapist, coaching conversations are not protected by therapist-client privilege.
What Every Member Agrees To
House of Her only works if women feel safe sharing honestly. By joining, you agree that:
- What other members share in the community, in group sessions, in cohort sessions, and in hot seats stays inside House of Her
- You will not screenshot, record, copy, or repost other members' posts, comments, faces, names, or stories
- You will not share other members' stories outside the community, even without their names
- You may talk about your own experience and what you learned, as long as you do not identify anyone else
The Company takes violations seriously but cannot guarantee that every member will honor this agreement. Please share in group spaces with that in mind. Anyone who breaks member confidentiality may be removed immediately without a refund.
Privacy and Technology
House of Her uses third-party platforms, such as Kajabi, Zoom, and Voxer, to deliver the membership and process payments. Your information is handled by those providers under their own privacy and security practices. No online platform is completely secure, and you accept that risk when you use these tools. We do not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
15. Community Guidelines and Conduct
House of Her is a space for respect, honesty, and growth. Members agree to:
- Treat other members and the Coach with respect, including when you disagree
- Not harass, shame, threaten, or discriminate against anyone
- Not sell, recruit, pitch, or promote products, services, or businesses in the community or through direct messages to members without written permission
- Not share content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal
- Not give other members medical, clinical, or legal advice
- Follow any posted space-specific guidelines
The Company may remove posts and may warn, suspend, or remove any member who violates these guidelines or this Agreement. Removal for a violation does not create a right to a refund.
16. Your Responsibility and Results
Coaching is a collaborative process that depends on your participation and follow-through.
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on effort, circumstances, and many factors outside the Company's control. Member stories and examples shared by the Company are not promises of similar results.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results during and after your membership. The Coach offers guidance, tools, and frameworks, not directives.
17. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property
All House of Her content belongs to Soulful Minds LLC. This includes the Identity Reconstruction™ methodology, The Edit Framework™, Your First Edit, and every framework, script, worksheet, workbook, template, lesson, audio, video, replay, recording, post, and written material provided in House of Her, at every level. Soulful Minds LLC owns all rights, title, and copyright in this content. Joining House of Her does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
Your license is for your personal use only. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own growth while you have access to them. For Inner Circle graduates, this includes continued personal use of the Inner Circle Library. No other rights are granted.
You may not copy or distribute the content for any reason. Without written permission from Soulful Minds LLC, you may not:
- Copy, download, screenshot, record, or reproduce the content, except to download materials the Company makes available for download for your own personal use
- Share, forward, post, upload, publish, sell, resell, or distribute the content, in whole or in part, to anyone, in any format, on any platform
- Teach, coach, present, license, or use the content or frameworks with your own clients, groups, or audiences, or in any paid or unpaid offer
- Adapt, rebrand, translate, or create materials based on the content
- Share your login or give anyone else access to your account
Downloaded materials may be kept for your own personal use after your access ends, but they may never be shared or distributed. Sharing your own personal reflections, as long as you do not reproduce the materials, is always fine.
Violations. Copying, sharing, or distributing House of Her content is a material breach of this Agreement. The Company may remove your access immediately without a refund and may pursue any remedies available under the law, including protection of its copyrights and trademarks.
18. Testimonials, Photos, and Media Release
By joining House of Her, you give Soulful Minds LLC permission to use the following in its marketing, social media, website, and educational materials, without payment to you:
- Feedback, reviews, and testimonials you share with the Company, whether written, audio, or video
- Your name, image, likeness, and voice as captured in photos, videos, or recordings of recorded teaching sessions, webinars, live events, and community activities
Protections built into this permission:
- Private sessions and Voxer are never used. Nothing from your private sessions or private messages will ever be shared or used in marketing.
- Sharing spaces are not used. Nothing you share in group discussions, journaling sessions, cohort conversations, or a hot seat will be used in marketing without asking you first.
- Personal details stay protected. The Company will not publicly share identifying details about your personal struggles, relationships, health, or private circumstances without asking you first. Shared feedback may be edited for length or clarity, but never in a way that changes its meaning.
- You can opt out at any time. Email [email protected] to stop future use of your name, image, or feedback, or to be identified by first name, initials, or anonymously. Opting out stops new use going forward. Content already published or printed before your request may remain in use.
- Recorded sessions. If you prefer not to appear in a recorded session, you may keep your camera off and change your display name.
19. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Soulful Minds LLC, The Novo Collective, and Malia Chambliss from claims arising from your participation, your decisions and actions, emotional responses that are a natural part of growth work, technical or platform failures, and outcomes or lack of desired results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim related to this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the three months before the claim arose. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
20. Termination by the Company
The Company may suspend or end your membership if you fail to pay, violate this Agreement or the community guidelines, break member confidentiality, or if coaching is no longer appropriate for you. If the Company ends your membership for a reason other than your violation of this Agreement, your future charges will stop and you will not be charged again. When a membership ends, access to the community and materials ends, except that Inner Circle graduates keep the Inner Circle Library as described in Section 5.
21. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement as the membership grows. We will notify active members of material changes by email or community announcement at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue your membership after the effective date, you accept the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Changes do not alter the price or length of an Inner Circle cohort you have already joined.
22. Disputes and Governing Law
If a concern comes up, please contact [email protected] first. Both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting a formal claim.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any formal claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and both parties consent to that location.
23. General Terms
- Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the checkout terms and any posted community guidelines, is the entire agreement between you and the Company about House of Her.
- Severability. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No transfer. Your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared.
- Events outside our control. The Company is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as illness, emergencies, or platform outages. Affected sessions will be rescheduled.
- Communications. You agree to receive membership, billing, and policy notices by email.
